Child's Background Story:
Cecilia is the first born in a family of 2 children. She has a young brother in baby class called John. Cecilia has been born and brought up in the streets of Nakuru, Kenya. She has grown up in the hardest way ever. Surviving the cold weather especially rainy seasons and cold nights in the streets. The family used to survive on leftovers food from hotels and market place. A good samaritan took Cecilia to Spring of Hope children home where she has stayed before she came to Sure 24 last year 2013. Cecilia is happy to be in Sure 24 rehabilitation centre together with his brother and parents. She is currently in class 4 at Living Fountain Academy.
